It's been four years since I first started experiencing all sorts of random health issues. I was having allergic reactions to makeup, shampoo, fragrances etc. As a women who loves all of these things it was a big blow to my self-esteem. I went to countless doctors and health specialists to try and figure out what was wrong with me. All that they could tell me, is that I needed to reset my body with a detox. I started by eating clean, cutting Gluten from my diet and drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) every day. The results were life changing.  Over the next 4 months I lost almost 30 pounds and my allergic reactions to my cosmetics subsided. There are so many processed products on the shelves these days that are filled with preservatives, GMO's, and all sorts of chemicals that are hard to pronounce, that we really do need to be conscious of what we put into our bodies.  Diet is everything, but we all know that eating clean, aka whole foods rather than processed foods, is easier said than done.  So besides eating clean, what else can we do to counter act all of the the unhealthy ingredients we see in our food?

Drinking ACV everyday is a great way to cleanse your digestive tract and keep it healthy.  For me, drinking ACV everyday was a crucial part of my detox.  The unique acids in ACV bind to toxins and allow our bodies to release them more effectively.  ACV is also rich in living enzymes that help to break food down to its bare components, making it much easier for the body to use.  Furthermore, ACV contains acetic acid that has been shown to help absrob minerals, allowing us to get even more out of the food we eat.

That was my ah-ha moment. From that moment forward I was determined to figure out a way to make drinking ACV a much more enjoyable experience.

I started out in my kitchen mixing the ACV with fresh squeezed juices, honey, and edible essential oils to mask the vinegar taste. Not only were they high in sugar, but the ACV was still overpowering.  It wasn't going to cut it.  I really wanted to make the drink as healthy as possible; all natural, low in sugar, etc. After a few months of experimenting and putting my PhD in Google to work, I came up with the idea to infuse the vinegar. Not only does this do a great job of removing the bitter vinegar taste, but it also allowed for me to keep it all natural and low in sugar. Now I had created an ACV beverage that was delicious to drink and allowed me to get my daily serving of ACV. After sharing my drinks with friends, family, and ACV enthusiasts, it became clear to me that I needed to share it with the world.  So here I am. I am excited to share my beverage with you!  We promise you'll love it as much as we do!
